If you are using cPanel, check Apache ModSecurity is disabled in your cPanel. ModSecurity sometimes prevents saving large JSON data. Also, check that your storage settings are correct if you use S3 instead of local storage.

Open the browser console and go to the 'Network' tab. Click the 'Save' button again. If you see a 401 error, disable the ModSecurity and try again.
